Layered Zirconia (PFZ)

Layered Zirconia is simply the best solution for most anterior restorations. The high translucency of the porcelain gives the crown a natural enamel-look on the incisor part and the layers of ceramic structure allows technicians to have better shade controls than any other all-ceramic restorations. The strength and accuracy of our zirconia substructure cannot be questioned as they are designed and milled using CAD/CAM technology system. The collaboration between our newest technology and the fine touch of our expert ceramist will always bring out the excellent results.

Porcelain fused to metal

The history of this prosthesis hasn't ended yet. There are some limitations for PFM crowns, but many dental professionals who’re doing a lot of high-quality dentistry still choose them for their restorations. The most significant advantage of the PFM crown is its opaqueness. When the tooth is discolored, it can be a better answer to match the final tooth shade than all-ceramics. We, MorningStar, have expert technicians ready from the start to finish for all the manufacturing steps of PFM crowns.

Monolithic Zirconia (Full Zirconia)

The demand for monolithic zirconia crowns has steadily increased over the last five years. Monolithic zirconia crowns are taking a big part in the all-ceramic posterior restoration because of their durability. Today, to achieve a higher aesthetic appearance, multi-layered technology has been developed in manufacturing zirconia, and it is becoming more and more popular. With a small help of staining technique, multi-layered zirconia crowns can be applied to both anteriors and posteriors showing outstanding look and functionality.

Implant Abutment & supra-structure

Although many dentists are accustomed to restoring implant cases with stock abutments, custom abutments are rapidly being accepted among implant specialists. Natural emergence profiles and planned margin lines can only be achieved through custom abutments. Better alignments with angled implants and robust substructure support are the other reasons for dentists decide to go with custom abutments. At MorningStar dental lab, the process of designing custom abutments and the supra-structure is seamless. Our implant technician fully understands the complexities of the implant restoration process and is ready to serve you with answers with correct information.
